For 2010 -2011, the College has decided to charge the highly competitive fee of £1,310 per year for most full-time higher education courses. Everyone will be charged the fee, but it does not need to be paid up front by you, as it can normally be paid by the Student Loans Company in the form of a tuition fee loan.
Student Maintenance Loans for living costs are still available, as previously. The total debt to the Student Loans Company could therefore be a combination of tuition fee loan and maintenance loan, to be repaid when you are earning over £15,000 per year.
For students from households with lower levels of income (less than £25,000 per annum) there is a non-repayable maintenance grant available of up to £2,906. If you have real financial difficulties there may be other sources of help such as the College’s HE Access to Learning Fund.

You will need to apply for most full time courses through UCAS. Simply log on to www.ucas.com and click on the apply button. Please check the HE prospectus on this website to find out which courses you apply for through UCAS and which courses you apply for directly with the College.
Once we have your application, you will be invited to an interview so that we can discuss your academic and career plans and help you choose the most appropriate course for you. We guarantee to interview everyone who applies for a higher education course and lives locally.
